On the 13th of September, the Novata Solutions team had a team building day at Zone Bowling Morley.  Split up into three teams, each group collaborated and communicated to compete for first place. The Teams - scarce ducks (winners), foamy pony’s (2nd Place) and nutty chickens (third Place), each had different skill levels, and levels of competition.  Everyone cheered and supported each other as they took turns bowling, and aiming for that strike.  It was a highly successful and enjoyable afternoon.  Team building sessions are a great way to get to know and better understand colleagues through communication and collaboration without the stress of deadlines and busy workloads consuming your mind.  The  afternoon coincided with “R U OK Day?”. This day is dedicated to asking your family, friends, colleagues and even strangers that simple question of, “…are you okay?”  and taking the time out to listen and support those who may be struggling or who just need a chance to talk. If you would like to know more about the “R U OK Day?” campaign, you can read more here R U OK?
