Director & Chief Operating Officer Tracy De Paolis Announced as Finalist
Congratulations to our Director & Chief Operating Officer Tracy De Paolis for being nominated as one of the finalists for the ARN - Channel News Women in ICT Awards 2021!
Tracy has been recognised as a finalist for the D&I Champion - Individual.
The D&I Champion award recognises an influential individual who actively drives D&I initiatives beyond their current job responsibilities through mentoring and thought leadership across the ICT industry. This candidate acts as a role model for aspiring executives, cultivating diverse teams to drive change both internally and externally.
Tracy has gone beyond her role of Director, Project Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Novata Solutions, and has created a space and community for women within IT and Business in Perth. From this event, she has also created the initiative to hold routined events and social gatherings for these women, creating a community and social group that celebrates women's acheivements, struggles and allows for them to have a circle of women to stand behind.
