This October individuals and companies across Australia are taking part in the Heart Foundations My Marathon.
The Goal
Walk 42.2km in 31 days.
Why?
Did you know as Australian’s the single biggest killer that we are fighting is… heart disease!
Not only does this marathon get individuals up and active… it’s an opportunity to take a break from your busy working day.
Who are the Heart Foundation
The Heart Foundation has been running for over 50 years and has led a battle to improve the health of Australian’s.
How it works
Teams or individuals will walk 42.2km over 31 days, encouraging family members, friends and the wider public to donate towards Australia’s number one fighting cause for heart disease.
Novata Solutions Greater Walk
As a team, it is our goal to become more active within the office. We aim to make our work environment as mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally healthy as possible.
Our aim is to get all team members up and active during their morning dash for coffee, lunch breaks and to client meetings, to further encourage ‘find your thirty’ and decrease the battle of Australian Heart Disease.
Novata Solutions works closely with the community, employees, clients and other stakeholders to create positive outcomes for the community. We have supported a large variety of charities, community groups and causes over many years.
