Novata Solutions becomes ISO 9001:2015 Certified

As of Wednesday the 5th of August, Novata Solutions is now an ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management and System Certificated organisation.

This certification recognises Novata Solutions implementation of a management system for Provider of ICT services, delivering solutions surrounding Strategy Consulting, Professional Services, Design & Marketing, and Managed Services, and was certified by Ashburton Assurance Australasia.

ISO 9001:2015 assess the fundamentals to management of risks and opportunities within a business structure. To become certified in this, Novata Solutions provided evidence of the below competencies.

1. Demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
2. Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
