Last Wednesday we hosted a “Frocktober” event where we had a fantastic night all “FROCKED UP”. Attendees enjoyed a delicious sweet & savoury grazing table and mingled the night away with old friends and new. Local singer/songwriter Claudia Tripp kept guests enchanted with acoustic tunes. OCRF CEO, Lucinda Nolan, made a digital appearance to thank attendees for their support. Novata Solutions Director and Chief Operations Officer, Tracy De Paolis, conducted the night by introducing sponsors, and announcing winners of the door prizes - which were provided by local businesses and cupcakes for all that attended - a sweet treat to finish off a “frocking” fabulous night!

Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF) is recognised as the largest funder of ovarian cancer research, after the Australian Government. Unfortunately, the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer are quite vague and are normally undetected until the later stages of the cancer spreading. Therefore, ovarian cancer is recognised as the most lethal gynaecological cancer globally. You can find out more about OCRF here

Thank you to everyone who attended the event and for your generous donations. We were able to raise a total of $1,800. A special thank you to our additional sponsors Tang Law, Crisp Copy, Norma Jean & Jimmy Dean hair, House of Skye, and the newly established local business Midnight Margaritas. We are looking forward to hosting future charity events.

Let's work together
