Tap in Word and Outlook
Microsoft’s new Tap for Word and Outlook allows you to surface and reuse existing content all within Word and Outlook 2016. This enables you to keep your focus on the document creation rather than searching for files and looking for information.
Tap for Word or Outlook will surface the most relevant files most frequently used by you and your co-workers. Tap recommends personalised content from Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications and displays it in the tap pane. Once files are visible, you can pull content from those files directly into your working document.
The caveat is that Tap is only available if you have an Office 365 Subscription and as of now is only available to customers who have one of these Office 365 SKUs: Enterprise E3 or Enterprise E5.
